0703 GMT - Swire Properties' China portfolio expansion could boost its earnings and dividends growth momentum, say DBS Group Research analysts in a note. This would warrant a higher stock valuation for the property company over time, they add. While shares of Swire Properties have risen around 10% in the last three months, they are still underperforming some peers. It is also trading at an around 50% discount to DBS's appraised net-asset value. Its rental income is likely to improve in the medium term thanks to improving sales by tenants in Hong Kong and China, the analysts say. DBS raises its target price to HK$30.38 from HK$23.72 and maintains its buy rating. Shares closed 0.3% lower at HK$25.04. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
