2月14日，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局披露的行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国建设银行股份有限公司上海市分行被罚420万元。
中国建设银行上海市分行主要违法违规行为包括：互联网贷款风险管理严重违反审慎经营规则、流动资金贷款管理严重违反审慎经营规则、福费廷业务管理严重违反审慎经营规则、项目融资业务严重违反审慎经营规则、贷款五级分类不准确、经营性物业贷款管理严重违反审慎经营规则。
同时，上海金融监管局对时任中国建设银行上海市分行普惠金融事业部副总经理朱利锋给予警告并罚款5万元；对时任中国建设银行上海虹口支行副行长何然给予警告并罚款5万元；对时任中国建设银行上海第六支行副行长王钧给予警告并罚款6万元；对时任中国建设银行上海杨浦支行副行长吴军给予警告；对时任中国建设银行上海崇明支行副行长黄飞鹏给予警告。
