智通财经APP讯，鹏高控股集团(01865)公布，于2026年2月16日，公司与广聚中升控股(海南)有限公司(广聚中升)签订了合作框架协议意向书。双方承诺建立全面及长期的伙伴关系，合作双方将充分发挥各自在资源、资金、市场开发及产业链资源等方面的优势。
此次合作将涵盖产品开发、业务顾问服务、市场推广和技术创新。双方将共同开发基于国漫英雄IP《八戒》的影视作品，并投资于新兴的互动娱乐和数字内容。此外，技术整合将促进虚拟实境(VR)和增强实境(AR)技术的应用，以提升产品的互动性和吸引力，以及协助公司进一步发展。
董事会认为，此次合作符合集团的长期发展目标及业务策略，将为双方带来潜在的利润增长，进一步提升公司及股东的整体利益。双方将发挥各自优势在项目开发、投资及运营阶段，采用资源互利共用等方式实现项目合作。
