智通财经APP讯，瑞鑫国际集团(00724)发布公告，张晓粉女士及竺连海先生已获委任为本公司独立非执行董事，自2026年2月13日起生效。
董事会宣布，董事会已决议解散及免除环境、社会及管治委员会(ESG 委员会)，自2026年2月13日起生效。
自2026年2月13日起：于ESG委员会解散后，李扬女士已不再为ESG委员会的主席及成员。张晓粉女士获委任为董事会审核委员会、薪酬委员会、提名委员会及投资委员会成员; 竺连海先生获委任为审核委员会、薪酬委员会、提名委员会及投资委员会;及张掘先生获委任为审核委员会主席。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
