智通财经APP讯，FUTURE BRIGHT(00703)发布公告，于2026年2月13日，本公司全资附属公司骏盈(作为商户)订立该协议，倘该协议由新濠天地度假村有限公司(营运商)加签，营运商同意授予骏盈使用该物业(澳门新濠天地新濠大道F110A铺)用作经营日式餐厅的权利，租金为(i)每月基本费用或(ii)每月营业额费用(以较高者为准)。
本集团自2009年起于该物业所在地以“江户日本料理”品牌经营日式餐厅，过往表现大体上令人满意。鉴于访澳旅客水平持续上升及“江户日本料理”于澳门品牌声誉良好，本公司计划于该物业继续经营该餐厅。目前，本公司于澳门共有3间“江户日本料理”餐厅。董事会认为于该物业经营该餐厅有助于为本集团带来稳定的营业额及盈利。
