BII Railway Transportation Technology (HKG:1522) expects profit attributable to equity shareholders of HK$130 million to HK$140 million for 2025, down from HK$167.6 million a year earlier, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Revenue is expected to rise to HK$1.70 billion to HK$1.80 billion, compared with HK$1.66 billion in the prior year.
The railway transportation service provider said the decline was driven by weaker revenue from its civil communication business and margin pressure, as a phased fee-reduction policy continued to weigh on earnings.
Final results are expected to be published before the end of March.
