Shenyang Huitian Thermal Power (SHE:000692) agreed to lease heating pipelines for a total rent of 22.8 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The pipelines, which are approximately 11,174.20 meters in length, in the Auto City area in Dadong District, Shenyang City, China will be leased to Shenyang Dongqi Urban Construction Engineering.
The lease term will end after the heating season between 2045 and 2046, the Chinese heat supplier said.
