Mokingran Jewellery (HKG:2585) completed the conversion of 40 million unlisted shares into Hong Kong-listed shares on Thursday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The listing of the converted shares will begin on Friday.
Following completion, all of the company's issued shares are Hong Kong-listed shares.
