** BMO downgrades co's rating to "underperform" from "market perform"; cuts PT to $95 from $110
** New PT represents a 26% downside to stock's last close
** Brokerage says co lacks investments and focus on offering a compelling digital strategy, which may limit sales growth over time
** Adds DLTR may have potentially overlooked dis-synergies which adds risk to its margin expansion goals
** Of 28 brokerages tracking the stock, nine rate it "buy" or higher, 12 "hold" and seven "sell"; their median PT is $124.50 - data compiled by LSEG
