智通财经APP讯，威雅利(00854)发布公告，董事会预期，对比截至2024年12月31日止九个月(2024年期间)取得综合净亏损约6160万港元，集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025财年)将有可能取得综合净溢利约4500万港元至5500万港元。
董事会认为集团于2025财年财务表现显著改善主要归因于以下因素：2025财年毛利率较2024年期间整体改善，主要由于2025财年引入及扩展高利润产品线、透过新型贸易模式开发高收益客户群，以及展现强劲业绩后获得供应商提供的额外激励措施;2025财年取得存货拨备回拨净额，而2024年期间则就滞销存货作出库存拨备;及集团于2025财年就若干贸易应收款项取得减值拨回净额所致。
