智通财经APP讯，清科控股(01945)发布公告，于2026年2月13日，本公司的合并联属实体之一清科创业(作为其中一名卖方)、买方及余下卖方订立股份转让协议，清科创业同意出售，而买方同意购买目标股权(即目标公司北京中关村国际会展运营管理有限公司20%股权)，代价为人民币560.71万元。
为进一步优化目标公司治理结构与决策效率，买方启动股份转让协议项下的出售事项及其项下拟进行的其他交易。本集团决定进行出售事项，因本公司对目标公司的投资主要属财务性质，而现时收购可使本集团得以实现其对目标公司初始投资的增值收益。
