2月10日，成都创新药龙头百利天恒（688506.SH）公告，公司2026年第一次临时股东会通过《关于延长公司发行H股并上市相关决议有效期的议案》，这意味着公司将继续向港股上市发起冲击。

　　此前在2025年11月12日，百利天恒发布公告称，公司决定全球发售将会延迟，且将不会根据招股章程进行。这意味着其原计划11月17日港股挂牌上市的日程被搁置。

　　百利天恒表示，延迟全球发售的决定并不影响公司的目前业务。同时，公司及其整体协调人正在审慎评估有关全球发售及上市的更新时间表。

　　值得注意的是，2025年10月22日，百利天恒还曾公告称，公司已刊发H股聆讯后资料集，旨在向香港公众人士与合资格投资者提供相关信息。

　　百利天恒于2024年7月10日首次向香港联交所提交H股发行上市申请，并在网站上公布申请资料。随后，公司分别于2025年1月21日和2025年9月29日重新提交H股发行申请，并刊登申请资料。

　　2025年10月，胡润百富榜发布，彼时百利天恒实控人朱义身家为1150亿元，其上升速度最快，与2024年相比上升44位。
