金吾财讯 | USA Rare Earth(USAR)盘前涨超1%，截至发稿，报19.390美元。消息面上，据外媒报道，知情人士表示，芝商所（CME）正推进一项计划，拟推出全球首个稀土期货合约。竞争对手洲际交易所也在研究推出稀土期货，但其筹划进展尚不及芝商所。消息人士表示，芝商所正筹划推出一份新的期货合约，将两种最重要的稀土元素——钕和镨——合并在一起进行交易。据悉，这两种元素是制造永磁体所必需的稀土材料，永磁体广泛应用于电动汽车电机、风力涡轮机、战斗机及无人机等领域。目前尚未就合约推出作出最终决定，挑战之一在于稀土交易清淡，其市场规模与多数其他金属期货市场相比体量极小。
