　　这起诉讼于周五在波士顿联邦法院提起，指称哈佛在过去10个月里未能向政府提供确保其未违反联邦民权法所需的文件及其他信息。美国政府表示，该调查源于2025年4月启动的一项合规审查。

　　“在特朗普总统的领导下，司法部正要求我国的教育机构做得更好，”司法部长帕姆·邦迪在声明中表示，“哈佛大学未能披露我们所需的数据，以确保其招生过程不存在歧视——我们将继续斗争，争取在全美范围内将择优录取的优先性置于多元、公平和包容（DEI）之上。”
