Shares of biosensor company Profusa declined after it announced an equity offering.

The stock opened at $2.76 Friday, remained below Thursday's close of $3.02 throughout the day, with a sharp decline after it said it would offer up to 5.1 million units. It recently traded down 28% to $2.17.

Profusa said the units will each consist of a share or pre-funded warrant, plus two warrants.
