WASHINGTON, Feb 13 (Reuters) - The Trump administration is adding Alibaba 9888.HK and other companies to a list of firms allegedly aiding China's military, and is removing 12 others, including Yangtze Memory Technologies, a Federal Register notice on Friday said.
