　　百勤油服（02178）发布公告，百勤能源（本公司一间联营公司）与惠州农商银行于2026年2月13日订立一项本金额为人民币6300万元的新银行循环贷款融资（即新贷款融资），为百勤能源就若干现有银行贷款进行再融资。

　　于2026年2月13日（交易时段后），百勤深圳（本公司一间间接全资附属公司）与惠州农商银行就为新贷款融资提供新担保而订立新担保协议，据此，百勤深圳的担保金额将以其于百勤能源的股权比例为限。
