智通财经APP讯，大湾区聚变力量(01189)发布公告，联交所上市复核委员会对上市委员会决定撤销公司的上市地位(该决定)的复核聆讯已于2025年12月17日举行。于2026年2月3日，联交所通知公司上市复核委员会决定维持该决定。
于2026年2月四日，联交所发出信函通知公司，公司股份(该股份)的最后上市日期为2026年2月13日(最后上市日期)，而该股份的上市地位将于2026年2月16日上午九时起取消。
董事会宣布，由于公司股份的上市地位将自2026年2月16日上午九时正起取消，其后公司将不再受上市规则第3.28条有关委任公司秘书的规定所规限，故徐明熙先生已提出辞任公司的公司秘书及根据上市规则第3.05条辞任公司授权代表，自2026年2月16日起生效。
