Abacus Storage King (ASX:ASK) reported Monday fiscal first-half funds from operations (FFO) of AU$0.0312 per share, down from AU$0.0329 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected FFO of AU$0.03.
Total revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$122.6 million, compared with AU$118.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$119.7million.
The company expects fiscal 2026 distribution per security of AU$0.062, with a payout ratio range of 90% to 100% of FFO.
The company declared an interim dividend of AU$0.031 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable Feb. 27 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2025.
