蓝鲸新闻2月13日讯，近日，国家金融监督管理总局镇江监管分局发布了罚单，剑指江苏扬中农村商业银行股份有限公司及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，江苏扬中农村商业银行股份有限公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：关联交易未按程序审批；贷款“三查”不尽职；个人贷款支付管理不到位。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局镇江监管分局对其罚款90万元；对时任江苏扬中农村商业银行股份有限公司利民支行客户经理鲍丽梅，警告并处罚款5万元；对时任江苏扬中农村商业银行股份有限公司信贷管理部总经理李居峰，警告并处罚款7万元。
