Soon Hock Enterprises (SGX:SHE) subsidiary, Soon Hock Property Development, received a temporary occupation permit from the Building and Construction Authority for the second phase of Stellar@Tampines, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the real estate developer were up nearly 1% in Friday trading.
The property comprises a 9-story multi-user ramp-up B2 industrial factory and an industrial canteen with a basement carpark.
