ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，由 Aptos Labs 孵化的去中心化衍生品交易所 Decibel 宣布于本月主网上线前，推出协议原生稳定币 USDCBL，该代币由 Bridge 发行，旨在作为链上永续合约抵押品，并将现金及美国国债储备所产生的收益留存于协议内部。
Decibel 表示，用户上线后需存入 USDC 并按流程兑换为 USDCBL 进行交易。USDCBL 储备由现金与短期美国国债混合支持，储备收益将用于协议开发与生态建设，以降低对交易手续费及激励计划的依赖。该基金会强调，此举并非“发行另一款稳定币”，而是将 USDCBL 定位为核心交易所基础设施。
