Lum Chang Creations (SGX:LCC) received an in-principal approval from the Singapore Exchange for its proposed transfer to the Mainboard of the SGX, according to a Friday filing with the bourse on Friday.
The waiver and ensuing transfer follow a 104% increase in the company's net profit during the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2025.
During the period, the creative services company was also included in the MSCI Global Micro Cap Indexes.
