CEA Industries Rejects Claims by Shareholder About Nasdaq Compliance

CEA Industries rejected claims by one of its shareholders, YZi Labs, that it risked becoming noncompliant with Nasdaq rules by delaying its stockholder meeting.

CEA said it is fully compliant with Nasdaq rules, which also allow it to submit a plan to regain compliance if its annual meeting has not been held by the fiscal year end.

YZi Labs had said in a letter to CEA's board that CEA had failed to schedule its 2025 annual meeting, which disenfranchises stockholders and could draw a Nasdaq deficiency notice.
