ChainCatcher 消息，据 Crypto Politan 报道，波兰总统卡罗尔·纳夫罗茨基再次否决了旨在将欧盟 MiCA 法规纳入国内法的加密货币法案。该法案被批评赋予波兰金融监管局 (KNF) 过多权力，包括可暂停加密货币交易并对违规行为处以高达 1000 万兹罗提（约 280 万美元）罚款。
KNF 警告，若法案未能在 7 月 1 日前通过，所有国内加密平台将面临非法运营风险。
行业代表担忧，在现有版本下，波兰加密企业可能被迫迁往波罗的海等监管更友好的欧洲地区。目前图斯克总理政府在议会缺乏推翻总统否决所需的五分之三多数票。
