WEX $(WEX)$ Impactive Capital lowered its stake in the payment solutions provider to 1,707,253 shares. Impactive Capital did so through the sale of 488,000 WEX shares from Feb. 2 through Feb. 6 at per share prices ranging from $148.44 to $155.05.

On Feb. 9, Impactive nominated four candidates to WEX's board, arguing that board-level change is needed to address persistent underperformance, a widening valuation gap versus its closest peer Corpay, and what it described as undisciplined M&A and internal investments that have added cost and complexity without clear returns. Impactive also highlighted that its nominees have "personally purchased more shares than the entire incumbent board over the past nine years."

Following the latest sales, Impactive Capital continues to own 5% of WEX's outstanding stock. Shares of WEX have gained about 11.6% in value in 2026.

W.R. Berkley$(WRB)$ Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance raised its stake in the property and casualty insurer to 56,458,656 shares. Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance did so through the purchase of 3,732,152 W.R. Berkley shares from Jan. 15 through Feb. 6 at per share prices ranging from $65.77 to $71.83. Following the latest purchases, Mitsui Sumitomo owns a 14.9% stake in W.R. Berkley's outstanding stock. Shares of W.R. Berkley have gained just 3.1% in value in 2026.

Decreases in Holdings

Clarivate $(CLVT)$ Impactive Capital lowered its stake in the information services provider to 23,021,664 shares. Impactive Capital did so through the sale of 15,315,455 Clarivate shares from Dec. 8, 2025, through Feb. 6, 2026, at per share prices ranging from $2 to $3.69. Following the latest sales, Impactive Capital continues to own 3.5% of Clarivate's outstanding stock, placing Impactive below the 5% threshold that would require it to report further sales. Shares of Clarivate have lost about 44.1% of their value in 2026.
