智通财经APP讯，伟能集团(01608)发布公告，截至本公告日期，本公司一直与贷款人合作解决有关达成重组主协议项下的暂缓生效日期和重组生效日期的尚存事项;由于重组尚未生效，且最后截止日期未获达成协议延长，重组主协议已根据其条款失效。本公司与贷款人已就最后截止日期届满进行磋商，寻求适当延长，以落实重组主协议项下商定的安排。有关工作目前仍在进行中。
本公司一直积极与贷款人就解决有关落实重组主协议项下的安排的剩余事项进行商讨，并致力于为境外债务落实整体重组方案。
于2026年2月11日，本公司接获通知，法院已就针对本公司的呈请授出认可令;据此，尽管针对本公司的呈请已被提出，倘本公司最终被颁令清盘，则自2025年11月28日起本公司已发行及缴足股份的所有转让均不会根据《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》第182条被视为无效。
