智通财经APP讯，零在科技金融(00093)发布公告，于2026年2月13日，本公司的间接全资附属公司X8 Finance(作为放款人)：与亨景有限公司(亨景，作为借款人)订立2026年2月贷款协议以提供本金金额为1.03亿港元的2026年2月贷款，该贷款以亨景(作为抵押人)提供的物业I的第一按揭;何崇本博士(作为抵押人)提供的物业III的第一按揭。
及何崇本博士及何世荣先生各自提供的个人担保作抵押，据此，X8 Finance同意(其中包括)根据有关协议的条款及按照其中所载条件向亨景提供2026年2月贷款;及与联旺(香港)有限公司(联旺)及何世荣先生(作为共同借款人)订立补充贷款协议将本金金额为3500万港元的2025年7月贷款II延期，该贷款以联旺(作为抵押人)提供的物业II的现有第二按揭作抵押，据此，X8 Finance同意将2025年7月贷款II的还款日期由2026年2月13日起延长12个月。
