智通财经APP讯，时计宝(02033)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止六个月(2026财政年度上半年)取得约3700万港元的公司拥有人应占亏损(截至2024年12月31日止六个月(2025财政年度上半年)：亏损约1090万港元)。董事会认为公司拥有人应占亏损增加主要是由于持续的国际贸易摩擦及全球经济波动导致中国零售市场疲软而引致收益下降。
此外，集团预期于2026财政年度上半年取得其他全面收益约2680万港元，而于2025财政年度上半年则取得其他全面开支约360万港元。董事会认为，其他全面收益增加主要是由于债务工具的公平值变动。
