智通财经APP讯，5100藏冰川(01115)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得约人民币8500万元至人民币1亿元(相当于约9280万港元至1.091亿港元)的净利润，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得净亏损约人民币5.739亿元(相当于约6.264亿港元)(含一次性使用权益法入账的本公司投资减值约人民币4.6亿元(相当于约5.02亿港元))。
转亏为盈主要归因于2025年本集团水产品销量增长，主要得益于消费者健康意识增强，对来自西藏水源地的高端产品需求可喜持续上升，本集团持续深耕社区及到家服务，使我们的高端产品更便捷地触达消费者，提升消费体验。
董事会进一步宣布，杜晖先生(杜先生)由于个人工作安排原因已自愿辞任本公司联席行政总裁一职，自2026年2月13日起生效。
