消息面上，新秀丽公布，建议授出发行新股份之双重上市发行授权，及注销尚未行使的库存股份。该集团指，寻求股份于美国证券交易所双重上市，上市方式与时间尚未确定，但建议授出双重上市发行授权可能发行股份数目将不超过约1.38亿股，不包括库存股份在内，占已发行股份总数9.97%，预期有关股份将以美国预托股份形式发行，每股价格将较签署根据发行股份包销协议前股份最后收市价折让不超过15%，预期筹集所得款项净额将用作营运资金及其他一般企业用途，包括用作营运开支、资本开支、偿还现有负债、回购股份及为可能进行的收购提供资金。
