智通财经APP获悉，专注于研发心力衰竭微创治疗技术的医疗器械公司BioVentrix(BVXX.US)于周四向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交申请，拟通过首次公开募股(IPO)筹集至多1700万美元资金。
BioVentrix是一家研发并商业化用于治疗射血分数降低型心力衰竭(HFrEF)的医疗器械公司。其核心产品Revivent系统，旨在为因既往心肌梗死导致前壁瘢痕的HFrEF患者恢复左心室功能。该设备采用钛合金锚钉与PEEK系带相连，通过微创小切口开胸术，折叠瘢痕化、无功能的心肌组织并缩小左心室容积。手术在心脏不停跳状态下进行，旨在为传统心内直视手术(如心室辅助装置植入、心脏移植)提供一种创伤更小的替代方案。BioVentrix此前曾通过销售Revivent TC®经导管心室增强系统获得收入，该产品已于2023年停止销售以节约资金。
这家总部位于马萨诸塞州曼斯菲尔德的公司成立于2003年，计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为BVXX。BioVentrix已于2025年8月5日秘密提交上市申请。本次IPO由The Benchmark Company独家担任账簿管理人，暂未披露发行定价条款。
