IT之家 2 月 14 日消息，据京东物流黑板报，随着 JoyExpress 在欧洲上线，京东物流近日在欧洲同步推出了大件家电“送装一体”服务，成为中国首个在欧洲推出该服务的物流企业。
目前，这一服务已经覆盖英国、德国、荷兰、法国等欧洲多国的主要城市，可实现最快下单次日送货上门、安装、拆旧并回收。
据悉，京东物流在欧洲可为消费者提供电视、冰箱、洗衣机、洗碗机等多样大型家电上门送货、安装及拆旧、回收服务，例如，Joybuy 消费者下单预约后，在服务提供地区将由京东物流员工进行送货上门、安装并进行使用指导，针对家电商品，还提供拆旧及回收服务，实现多项服务一次上门。未来还将进一步拓展家具、卫浴、健身器材等品类，还将进一步拓展拆卸取旧、逆向退货等特色化服务。
京东物流已经在欧洲多国运营了大件专属仓库、站点等，同时与当地领先物流企业展开合作，打造大件物流送装服务网络，可为大件商品提供覆盖跨境运输、海外本地入仓、仓内出库、送装一体、逆向退换货、旧机回收等全链路服务。
IT之家注意到，早在多年前，京东物流已经在国内推出“送装拆收”一体化末端服务新模式，无论是电视、洗衣机，还是冰箱、空调，京东物流均可一次上门完成新机的配送、安装和旧机的拆卸、回收服务。
