彭博新闻周五援引知情人士消息报道，DayOne Data Centers 已选定投行，筹备在美国进行首次公开募股（IPO），预计募资规模约50 亿美元。

　　报道称，这家总部位于新加坡的数据中心运营商已聘请摩根大通、摩根士丹利担任此次股票发行的主承销商，美国银行、花旗集团亦参与其中。

　　据报道，DayOne 由中国数据中心运营商万国数据（GDS Holdings） 支持，目标估值最高可达200 亿美元，最早有望于今年上市。

　　DayOne Data Centers 尚未立即回应路透社的置评请求。

　　上月，DayOne Data Centers 完成逾 20 亿美元 C 轮股权融资，用于支持其在欧洲和亚洲的业务扩张。

　　总部位于上海的万国数据于 2022 年在新加坡设立 GDS International，该业务在与母公司分拆后，于 2025 年 1 月更名为DayOne。
