智通财经APP讯，不同集团(06090)发布公告，依据恒生指数有限公司于2026年2月13日公布的恒生指数系列季度检讨结果，本公司入选恒生综合指数及恒生港股通指数等系列成分股。该调整将于2026年3月9日正式生效。
恒生综合指数作为香港市场综合性基准指标，全面覆盖在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市、累计市值位列前95%的上市企业，广泛适用于指数基金、互惠基金及投资表现评估的基准参照。获纳入恒生综合指数，将令本公司股票符合资格于香港沪港通及深港通(中国香港与中国内地投资者进行股份交易的渠道)进行买卖。
依据恒生指数有限公司检讨结果，本公司还将获选纳入其他恒生指数系列成份股，包括恒生综合行业指数-非必需性消费、恒生综合中小型股指数、恒生综合小型股指数、恒生小型股(可投资)指数、恒生港股通指数、恒生港股通中小型股指数、恒生港股通小型股指数、恒生港股通非必需性消费指数、恒生港股通非必需性消费(可投资)指数、恒生港股通消费(可投资)指数及恒生港股通中国内地公司指数。
董事会认为，此次本公司获选纳入恒生指数系列，体现投资者对本公司价值与成长潜力的认可，预期将提升本公司股票流动性、扩大持股人群、增加股东类型的多样性，有利于本公司的长远稳定发展。董事会谨此感谢本公司股东及投资者一直以来的支持。本公司将继续开拓业务，致力为股东创造最大价值。
