Updates share move, adds analyst comment in bullets 4-5

** Shares in Delivery Hero DHER.DE fall around 9% after its Middle East unit Talabat's TALABAT.DU mixed results print

** Talabat reports Q4 net income of $123 million on revenue of $1 billion

** A local trader points to the unit's results and its forecast of a y/y decline of around 15% for FY adjusted EBITDA, significantly below expectations

** Talabat "has issued a disappointing FY 26 guidance with decelerating top-line growth, declining EBITDA on both euro and margin terms and FCF margin", analysts from Stifel say

** The broker notes that the read across is particularly negative as Talabat generates around 70% of Delivery Hero's EBITDA and consensus was not expecting additional investments to tackle market competitor Meituan 3690.HK

** Delivery Hero's shares sit at the bottom of pan-European STOXX 600 index .STOXX
