智通财经APP讯，大同机械(00118)发布公告，就有关卖方合肥大同格兰塑业有限公司(本公司间接全资附属公司)已同意以代价人民币464.95万元出售，而买方刁俊德先生已同意以代价收购于目标公司合肥格兰美新材料有限公司的全部股权的相关事宜。董事会宣布，有关向买方转让及变更股权所有权及出售事项的相关工商登记已在中国完成。根据股权转让协议的条款，出售事项已于2026年2月12日完成。
于完成后，本集团不再拥有目标公司的任何权益及目标公司不再为本公司的附属公司，而目标公司的财务业绩将自此不再于本集团的财务报表内综合入账。
