　　这家生鲜杂货配送公司公布，2025 年第四季度其商品交易总额增长 14%，为三年来最快增速。

　　Instacart 公布第四季度营收 9.92 亿美元，同比增长 12%，随后股价上涨 15%。该公司商品交易总额（即基于平台应用显示价格计算的订单总价值）在 12 月季度同比增长 14%，高管称这是三年来最快增速。Instacart 高管预计，2026 年第一季度公司商品交易总额将增长 11% 至 13%。

　　12 月季度交易额增长主要得益于平台客户订单量增至 8950 万单，不过同期单笔订单平均价值下降 1%。首席财务官艾米丽・马赫在周四下午的财报电话会议上表示，客单价下滑是因为 Instacart 推出了更多促销与折扣活动，“以提升用户活跃度”。

　　第四季度，Instacart 广告业务收入约占总营收的 30%，该业务同期增长 10%，并在 2025 年首次实现年营收突破 10 亿美元。
