0624 GMT - German Bunds are tracking U.S. Treasurys more than domestic data, still, eurozone government bond issuance trends are likely to influence duration and curve, Citi's Jamie Searle says in a note. Supply progress and persistent demand support a rally near term, as eurozone sovereigns have completed 17% of their annual government bond issuance, according to Citi estimates, the rates strategist says. This supply progress is likely to enable the 10- to 30-year eurozone government bond curves to find flattening relief from March as 30-year issuance fades, the strategist says. "Longer-term, it is more about fiscal economic impacts than issuance per se, but this caps the room to rally," he says. (emese.bartha@wsj.com)
