Unilever's U.S. Growth Slows As Wellness Brands Normalize -- Market Talk

1201 GMT - Unilever's wellness brands Liquid IV and Nutrafol have had exceptional growth in the past but that is normalizing now, which means its overall U.S. growth will slow, analysts at HSBC say. Although the consumer brands giant anticipates improvement in its fourth quarter, there might be persistent competition in the area, they write. "This could deprive Unilever of an important component of its outperformance versus end markets," they add. Meanwhile, there are hopes for emerging market acceleration in 2026, they add. Shares are down 0.1% at 54.27 pounds. (aimee.look@wsj.com)
