Roku Eyes $1B Cash Flow Milestone as Amazon Integration Ramps -- Market Talk
Dow Jones
Yesterday
1226 ET - Roku has its sights set on reaching $1 billion in annual free cash flow by 2028, a goal analysts are optimistic about as the business model becomes more efficient. In a research note, Wedbush analysts raised Roku's price target to $140 from $130 after the company's 4Q revenue beat expectations. The analysts note that Roku's "right-sized" operating expenses and double-digit platform revenue growth are rapidly expanding its margins. With a deep integration with Amazon now driving ad demand and a tax shield from net operating losses protecting its bottom line, the analysts are optimistic that Roku's momentum is built to last. Roku shares are up 7.9%. (amira.mckee@wsj.com)
