智通财经APP讯，中国数智科技(01796)发布公告，内容有关公司与广州星伦安全实业有限公司订立一项战略合作备忘录。公司谨此宣布已注册成立星伦数智科技(深圳)有限公司(星伦数智科技)为集团旗下新的非全资附属公司，进行战略合作备忘录项下业务，包括但不限于工业物联网、工业软体及智能制造。星伦数智科技乃于中国注册成立，由集团及广州星伦分别拥有51%及49%股权。于本公告日期，星伦数智科技尚未开展业务，而公司正在与广州星伦针对合作模式、方向及进展以及有关合作项目其他事项积极进行磋商。
此外，王凯先生已获委任为星伦数智科技行政总裁，自2026年2月13日起生效。
