智通财经APP讯，新秀丽(01910)公布，继公司于2024年3月22日的公告，公司宣布其建议寻求股份于美国证券交易所双重上市(董事会预期将以代表固定股份数目的美国预托股份形式发行)，且视乎全球市场及其他条件而定，公司可能选择于潜在双重上市时发行股份。因此，公司建议寻求股东批准双重上市股份发行授权，以允许公司于潜在双重上市时发行新股份，而不会使摊薄程度超出股东在2025年股东周年大会上已批准的水平。
公司亦建议寻求股东批准修订《注册成立章程细则》以(其中包括)促进潜在双重上市并使美国预托股份于美国证券交易所上市。
此外，公司建议寻求股东批准于紧随潜在双重上市完成后注销所有尚未行使的库存股份。
