2025年中期的亏损较2024年中期减少约5100万港元。尽管收益较2024年中期减少约500万港元，亏损减少乃主要由于本集团所持物业(分类为物业、厂房及设备)的减值亏损取得拨回约600万港元，而2024年中期则取得减值亏损约2800万港元;本集团的投资物业公平值亏损较2024年中期减少约900万港元;及其他收益约30.2万港元，而2024年中期则取得其他亏损约500万港元。
