2月14日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局厦门监管局今日发布《关于厦门金美信消费金融有限责任公司变更股权的批复》，同意中国信托商业银行股份有限公司受让国美控股集团有限公司持有的金美信消金16%股权，同意厦门金圆金控股份有限公司受让国美控股集团有限公司持有的金美信消金17%股权。

　　受让后，中国信托商业银行股份有限公司合计出资金额25000万元，出资比例50%；厦门金圆金控股份有限公司合计出资金额25000万元，出资比例50%。
