智通财经APP讯，中远海发(02866)发布公告，公司所属子公司为合理控制利率、汇率风险，秉持中性的风险管理原则，拟开展货币类金融衍生业务，交易品种包括利率掉期、外汇远期等，2026年度交易额度为23亿美元、18亿元人民币，本年度金融衍生业务的发生规模不超过上述额度，不涉及保证金和权利金。上述额度业务开展期限为2026年2月13日至2026年12月31日。
公司所属子公司存在一定的美元净资产敞口，通过外汇远期交易能够有效控制汇率波动时产生的风险;公司所属子公司可通过利率掉期交易将浮动利率贷款转换为固定利率贷款，以控制利率波动的市场风险。(以下简称“本交易”)。
本交易有真实的业务背景和客观的业务需要，资金使用安排合理。本交易中，套期工具与被套期项目在经济关系、套期比率、时间等方面都满足套期有效性。套期工具的公允价值或现金流量变动能够抵销被套期风险引起的被套期项目公允价值或现金流量变动的程度，可实现套期保值的目的。
