金吾财讯 | 欧洲央行管委卡扎克斯表示，欧洲央行仍在观察自2025年开始的欧元升值对经济造成的冲击。卡扎克斯指出，相关估算显示，汇率变化大约需要12个月才能逐步传导至经济层面，“因此，我们很可能要到今年晚春，才能看到去年欧元走强的全部影响。”2025年上半年，欧元累计升值14%，原因在于美国总统特朗普在贸易关税问题上的反复表态削弱了市场对美元的信心，并加剧了全球不确定性。尽管大部分升值影响已经反映在欧洲央行最新的预测中——经济增长将逐步加快、通胀回落并稳定在2%的目标水平，但包括行长拉加德在内的多位政策制定者仍表示保持警惕，并随时准备采取应对措施。卡扎克斯认为，目前的情况尚不需要采取任何行动，官员们正处于“观察模式”。他补充道，“这并不是口头干预，我们还没有走到那一步。”
