智通财经APP讯，佳宁娜(00126)公布，于2026年2月13日，该公司直接全资附属公司佳宁娜地产发展有限公司拟向Silver Chaser Holdings Limited出售Profit Share Investments Limited100%股权，代价4500万港元。
于本公告日期，目标公司单一及唯一资产为于被投资集团的约4.62%间接应占权益。
公告称，出售事项为集团提供变现其于目标公司投资的机会，并重新调配财务资源用于未来发展。此外，出售事项所得款项将减少集团的债务。出售事项符合集团整体策略规划。董事会认为，出售事项将优化集团资源配置，并强化集团的现金流量。
