智通财经APP获悉，据媒体引述知情人士报道，泰国大型餐饮集团美诺国际(Minor International Pcl)正考虑分拆旗下餐饮业务并在香港进行首次公开募股(IPO)。知情人士表示，汉堡王及DQ冰淇淋母企Minor Food正考虑最快今年在港IPO，集资逾4亿美元。上市的讨论，包括规模及时间表仍未定。对此，美诺国际的代表拒绝置评。
公司官网显示，Minor Food在24个国家拥有2,699家门店和80个品牌。
当地媒体去年报道称，公司曾考虑在泰国上市。相关数据显示，曼谷股市近年来表现不佳，2025年下跌10%，2023年和2024年也有所下跌。泰国2025年IPO集资金额约3.59亿美元，是自2010年以来最低。
