董事会于2026年2月14日通过关于选举周顺远先生(周先生)为本公司董事长的议案，据此，周先生获委任为本公司董事长，任期自2026年2月14日起至第四届董事会任期届满时为止，任期届满可以连选连任。
董事会亦于2026年2月14日通过关于选举周先生担任董事会战略发展委员会主席及委员的议案，本公司谨此批准选举周先生为董事会战略发展委员会主席及委员，任期自2026年2月14日起至第四届董事会届满时为止，任期届满可以连聘连任。
